I can't believe I never heard about this until a few months ago!
This is GREAT for getting an idea of my count (when I'm on my period...naturally)..and you can measure how much you're bleeding. AND it lasts WAY longer than a tampon and doesn't suck you dry.
It's a cup... that's right...a little cup (holds up to half an once). Super easy.. can't feel it... no string hassle. HA! I feel like a commercial...

I guess I can see how this would be helpful if you do lose a lot of blood, but I think it would gross me out a little.

I am also using the DivaCup and I'm very happy with it. I have a very strong period and without the DivaCup I would not be able to leave my home during my period (yes, it is very, very strong! :( )
