If any of you get a chance, watch What The Health on Netflix. It was a really good documentary about nutrition and health. On Monday, I'm starting a diet change!

Thanks for the recommendation Sandi. I'm going to check it out. I've started all kinds of wacky things for health lately (mushrooms like reishi and chaga, experimenting with magnesium, juicing crazy things) and am slowly trying to improve my nutrition. I can't go as extreme as Autoimmune Paleo (that didn't work out well for me and was depressing after a few months), but small steps in the right direction is good.

This diet is different than Paleo. I need new recipes.
