Hi :)
I would like to know if tumeric tablets used as an alternative to prescription anti - inflammatory (nsaids) and/or pain relief, is safe with itp and stable count of 50,000 approx.

I don't think tumeric would hurt anything. I have the spice for the same reason; I keep forgetting to use it though.

One helpful hint (if you don't already know) is that if you have inflammation, it's a good idea to stay away from nightshades. I find that makes a big difference in the amount of inflammation that I have in the first place, or I should say, nightshades exacerbate it.
