Has anyone had good results with Reiki?

  • I have had ITP for over 21 years. Had many treatments some put me into a remission. Had my spleen out in 2005 and had a stroke 3 months afterwards. Just fighting the fight searching for answers and hopes to live my life drug free.

Has anyone had good results with Reiki? was created by DJM
I've had ITP for over 21 years in and out of remission. I have a session next week for Reiki and actually will have three sets of Reiki done and maybe more.. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried this and what their results were...I've tried the drugs, had my spleen removed etc. and I'm currently on Promacta and Steriods..but my body will not hold my count without assistance right now.

Joan young who started this association swears by the reiki she had. She changed her diet and stopped all drugs. She also had her spleen removed and lots of other treatments before changing her lifestyle.

I was on the other PDSA web page many years ago and remember her from that site. Then it was changed over to this site. There were a few others on that site that were rebels in treatment..LOL! I remember one lady her name I think was Liz or maybe Lib..she didn't treat at all.... I always wondered how she was doing with it.

Keep us posted. My plan is to wait until i have some consistency from the drugs and then try other things one at a time to see if it has an impact. A human experiment!
