Still learning after 10 years - have had trouble getting to sleep lately so thought I'd swap my usual evening cup of tea for chamomile. Checked the PDSA list of substances to be wary of & noticed feverfew, so just out of interest I googled chamomile & found it has coumarin, an anti coagulant. Oh dear - think I'll just have a warm water!

I like to drink it when I have a cold or sinus infection - think I will keep doing so. But I never drink tea before bed, that would mean getting up overnight ;)
