Leaky gut was created by MDgal
Anyone having major issues with their digestion? My digestion has gotten so bad My stomach can barely process foods well. My Gastro doc cannot find anything wrong with me but I am miserable. Stomach aches when I eat. Naturopath said to use HCL when eating but I think my gut may be leaky. If anyone has any info on leaky guts help. The ITP got way better after getting on a nutrition/vitamin balancing program but now my digestion is so off. Energy levels are so low and I get dizzy sometimes

Hi MDgal
My husband who has IBD found that the SCD diet helps him a lot. Here is a link to Leaky Gut:

scdlifestyle.com/2010/03/the-scd-diet-and-leaky-gut-syndrome/

and here is one to the SCD diet:

It takes some adjustment (and you have to change your cooking) but it has helped him a lot.

Good Luck!
