I use the Herbal Papya brand capsules. I do believe they help a little. I have seen some improvement with my blood counts, not huge and not remission. But, enough of a bump and consistent enough to say that I truly believe it helps a little.

But, today when I went on Amazon to order the capsules I normally take I discovered they more than doubled in price. (August 2016)

For those who are getting good results, what brand do you use? If you are taking a liquid, how do you take it? Thank you.

I buy the tea leaves through amazon and have a glass of iced tea each day. No idea if it helps, but i have been off promacta for two months now and my platelets go up just a little bit each time. The tea i make is pretty strong so i add a squeeze of lemon. I do not think it can hurt me so I only see an upside.

I'm also doing the tea method, not sure of how to make tincture and I hope that this method does not diminish the effectiveness considering the boiling temperature.
