No, they work in completely different ways. I've never heard of any two drugs being connected in this way.

Like Ann said, they are a different mechanism and formulation. WinRho worked for me the first time then didn't work any more. Rituxan has worked great for me twice.

I'm like Erica - Win-Rho did not wrk for me (never got a rise at all), but Rituxan did.
