Small black spots on palms after IVIG

Hello!

First time post, though I've been reading for a few months.

I was diagnosed in Jan 2011, and each time I get IVIG, about a week later I get small black spots all over my palms.
They don't itch or hurt in any way - they look almost like blackheads.

Has anyone else had this reaction? I couldn't find anything online like this at all.

Thanks!

Have had IVIG many a time, and each time I got discolouration on my palms, not black but very dark purple. In fact if i remember correctly the first time i had it i had the rash all the way up my arms.
