Is it procedure to test for h pylori ? was created by ashybobashy
Ive never been tested for h pylori and I was wondering because there seems to be a connection between the two. My sister had an ulcer years ago and it's caused by h pylori and I find it weird that I have a blood disorder and I was wondering should I get tested?

It doesn't hurt to get tested and treated if positive but the number of people whose counts go up afterwards is sadly very small. Worth a try though.
