48 is definitely about the same thing as 50. Hopefully they won't hold you to an arbitrary fencepost if you are doing generally well otherwise. I would also be fighting to not increase the dose in the hopes of achieving some stability. Keep us posted and hang in there!

Mrs B~ You are in the perfect sweet spot right around 50. Hope it holds steady! :) I get weekly labs and somehow mine got lost this week- arg. I think my counts were low so maybe just as well to not know- I don't want to raise my dose either.

Hi, so sorry about the lost response. Same thing happened to my daughter 4 years ago. Fortunately Nplate became available as self-administered and that has been working for her ever since (fingers crossed).

Last 2 counts  49 then 50, nice and stable. Haemo has given me a document to read regarding the PRN1008 trial.
