Finding a new doctor was created by Julie79
Hi!

I am on the facebook page a lot and I see people saying to look here to find doctors, I seem to be having trouble finding it. If someone can give me a hand that would be great! I am considering a new doctor because I am pregnant and I would like to try and find a hematologist that has had experience with pregnancy & ITP. I live in the Chicago area and I am hopeful that since I am so close to a big city this should not be hard to find. I am very comfortable with my current doctor but all the anxiety of what could happen and all that makes me want to have a doctor that has done this before and not just reading about it on the internet just like me!! Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks Julie

Hi, Julie. I just asked my hematologist to recommend an OBGYN for me who has experience with ITP in patients, and he had a couple he thought of right away. Might be a good way to find one!
