What Happened to the "Original" Forum?

Has the Original Forum been discontinued? I referred someone there to read some previously discussed information, and they told me they couldn't find it. When I tried it myself, I got this message: Bad Request (Invalid Hostname).
I know when the new forum was opened, it was said that the old one would be gradually phased out after a year. But, now it's been over two years, I think, so I thought maybe they'd changed their mind.

Is there any way that members can access the archives, now? There were numerous discussions and some really great information on the old site that should be available to new members. It's easier to refer someone to an article or a search, rather than repeating the same old, same old all the time.

But, mostly I am ticked off as there wasn't any warning given that these old posts would be removed. If I would have known, I would have copy and pasted some of the information on there for future reference. I hope this is just a temporary maintenance project, and soon, all will be restored.

Please let me know,
April

I just tried too - looks like it's gone. I didn't know either, but I haven't checked my e-mail in a while either.
