Sorry, but its driving me mad. Can you take the bit off posts that says junior boarder or expert boarder. Its really misleading and annoying. I come up as expert boarder, but I just post a lot.

Well, you're an expert at posting! :) I'm always envious of people who manage to post a lot. Even if you don't think you're an expert at ITP, you offer a lot of support to other people, so maybe you can be a support expert or something.
