I have a 30 month old who has had ITP for 13 months. His counts have gone up and down since this started. At our last visit 2 months ago he had a count of 134 then last week they dropped back down to 70. We had an apt today and they were 174 which is the highest they have ever been. The doctor was going to release us until he saw the count from last week. Does anyone else have counts that vary this much? He said he is concerned about the winter and sickness now which I know brings them down but I thought with a couple good counts we may be done. We started out at 9 so we have come a long way.
