Just wondering how long the steroids stay in the system after short burst (3-5 days)??

When I had a 4 day hit of dexamethasone I felt terrible for a week afterwards so I'm guessing that's how long it hangs around. It's certainly not for very long anyway. The longer you take it for, the longer it stays in the system afterwards.

Thank you. My little man was at 5 today, He had 45mg pred fri, sat, and sun I was really hopeful the 5 was on his own ...Either way better than 0:unsure:
