Just wondering if anyone has tried Acia and Green Tea capsuals? Peter saw them advertised on the net saying someone had lost lots of weight taking them as supplements. I was very duberous but Holland and Baratt had a sale on them £10 for 90 capsuals so we are trying them. Take one before every meal and its said to boost immune system which im wary about with ITP, increase metabolism and make you feel fuller for longer.
I had one before my cereal this morning and i didn't feel hungry until 2pm so i made some pasta and had another with that at 2.30pm, its now almost 11pm and im still stuffed from lunch! It would be sooo good to loose the pred weight!
