Do you watch "The View"? Raven has stated that she already has her ticket to Canada. I don't know if she's serious or not.

Every now & then I see The View - I'd almost bet that Raven does have a ticket for Canada I just couldn't leave my Grands!

Don't blame you at all; I'd want to stay around my niece and nephews!

And they grow up so fast don't they Cindy?!

They sure do! My oldest nephew is 37/38 (I can never remember how old he is!), then my other one turns 25 this year and my niece is going to be 16 in October. I just turned 57 last Tuesday! Destiny is in the High Honors at school and Brandon graduated with Honors. I feel so old sometimes!

Oh Cindy - did you have a good birthday? I hope so!! Your niece & nephews sound like neat people - and congrats to Destiny for being in High Honors and to Brandon for graduating with honors, that is fantastic!

Our Grands are: 13 1/2 year old and she's in honor classes - 10 1/2 year old & he loves to play basketball - 7 year old and she is said to be a lot like me [God love her] - and last but not least, he will be 4 soon, he just loves all the super heroes. The boys & I are going to see The Secret Life of Pets tomorrow.

Melinda, I did have a good birthday! It was hot here so we just had a light meal and then my sister and her family and my brother came by for cake. I collect lighthouses and my mum and Steven gave me one that is solar powered so it is sitting out on our balcony. I love it when it lights up and spins! Mum's birthday was this past Saturday so we had a bbq. Got packed up just before it started pouring!

Des wants to be a doctor. Between work, school and a boyfriend, so far she is keeping up her marks. Hard to believe she graduates in 2 years!

Ah to be that young and have all that energy, eh? Des plays football, of all sports! Enjoy the movie with the boys!

It does sound like you had a great birthday! The solar lighthouse, oh that is something I would love too! Know it is fun to have!

I had a ball with "my boys" - the movie is cute, we enjoyed it.
