ml as in liquid measure millilitre? If so it depends on the drug.

What Ann said. I think it's an apples and oranges thing. One is a liquid measure, and what is the concentratoin of the liquid - and one is a measure of I think weight. If we were cooking and you needed 2 mg of vanilla, I couldn't say how many ml it would be, depends how you liquify it.
But not totally sure - Erica

Well, I started back on the MTX last night, and I had different syringes. Color me stupid, but I guessed at the dose. I'm pretty sure I injected 12.5 mg's, which is half of what I'm supposed to take, but I wanted to go back on slowly. The bottle is a total of 250 mg's.

I survived, that's all that matters.

You need to know how much is in the bottle to work it out. So 250mg in how many mls. Looking online it suggests that it is 10mls so for 12.5mgs you need half a ml. So you need to use a one ml syringe. Any larger syringe would be impossible to be accurate.

And that's only if it's right that it's 250mg/10ml.
