Well, I'm still using it every night. Most of the time, I fall asleep on it, but sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and move it off the bed. Sometimes I wake up in the morning in the same position I was in when I fell asleep.

It has made a difference overall, but not a miracle or anything. I'm still using the TENS and made an appointment for Trigger Point Injections for next week in addition to all my meds. I'm looking at it as one more thing that helps a bit.

Was hoping it would be something that could go in the Helps A Lot column. But it is good it helps a bit - that is better than nothing!

Amazing you can sleep on it.

Yeah, my husband can't believe I fall asleep on it. I wake up with a lot of dents in my skin.

Ha - motivating? I'm glad you see it that way. :P

Yes, I am still using the mat. Not every night, but it does come in handy. I just found out today after an MRI that I have cervical disk compression on my spinal cord. I suspected it. Symptoms are much worse. I have to see a neurosurgeon, although surgery will be my last resort.
