We are finally having weather we should for this time of year [sorry those of you in the other half of the world having winter] - sun, heat, hot, 90s, today could be 102! Love this weather! We had no spring and on the longest day of the year it was cold - so this heat and normal weather is enjoyable.

Oh please share! My pool is finally open and I'm hoping to be in it over the holiday weekend. It would have to be really hot here though to warm the water enough. We've had low 80's...not good enough!

That's a Beatles song Milly - I like that line. Sorry you are having winter - but those suns can be for you too!

We didn't get to 102 today only because the clouds never really went away - BUT that is good because it was 94° and the sun was behind clouds most of the day, think what it would have been with no clouds..........

Sandi I'm hoping you warm up like we did, need to get that pool water warmer so you can enjoy!

We've got fog, damp, possibility of rain and thunder showers, again! Figures, it's Steven's day off and we were going to bring our nephew out to help mow the lawn. It's long enough, I lose my dog in it!

All right you guys - those suns are there to make you smile!

Dean isn't that better than being snowed in and temps below 0 with wind chill even colder?

Cindy I hope the fog burned off!

Not for me. I enjoy playing in the snow. The air is so refreshing in the winter. I do get tired of long winters though and look foward to warmer temps, but not 90+. I get quite   when it is hot and humid. When it is cold I can put layers on to stay warm. For me it is a lot easier to function when it is cooler.
My back yard was 98deg, dew point of 80deg, humidity of 85%. The thermometer was even sweating. B)

I like Blizzards in the winter and T-Storms in the summer.

Melinda, yeah, it did clear off! Just in time to take my niece and nephew home! Destiny called her mother at work and begged her to call me to see if they could come and just hang out, so we said yes. So, instead of being bored at their place, they were bored at ours!

Today, it is hot, hot hot, and it is only 9:30 in the morning!

Dean living in the frozen north has frozen your brain ;)
You are like one one of my sons and one of my daugters in law - they like the cold and snow.

I grew in humidity and I do not like it at all - thankfully Colorado isn't humid, but your skin sure takes a beating with it being so dry.

You would have liked it here yesterday - thunder and lightening from about 6.30pm until after we went to bed.

Cindy that's te pits - sorry the fog didn't burn off sooner!

We have had a 'good week' here - very unseasonal warm & sunny, despite it being the middle of South Australia winter. It was lovely being outside as much as possible, not much got done indoors! Our crops of wheat, barley, canola & lentils loved it too.
Today it is cold & raining, the fire box has been re lit & I have a lot of catching up to do!

Melinda, :silly: :silly: . 10-4 on the thunder and lightning. Everytime a storm is headed my way it either fizzles out before it arrives or goes around.  My favorite place to enjoy a T-Storm in the Black Hills in South Dakota. The sound of thunder is Awesome!!! A co-worker received news the other day that a young child of a relative of hers was killed while camping, as lightning struck a tree causing a branch to fall on her. Another horrible tragedy near by; a fire at a Bed and Breakfast place killed 6 people. A photo taken showed the place fully engulfed in flames. Really makes a person stop and think when hearing these stories.
